Hi Blenders!!! I’ve been part of the Fitness Blender family for years. I just had my second child almost two months ago and have finally been cleared to do Hiit workouts and weight training. I’ve gained much more weight this time around, unfortunately, and I’m looking for workouts or programs anyone else has used that worked well to drop the pounds quickly. I know diet is important too, but I’m breastfeeding so my calorie intake has to stay a little higher than I’d like. Just looking for programs or routines that worked for anyone else after having a baby to get back into shape....thanks!!!
