Hello Fitness Blender community! I have a few questions regarding calorie deficit for long term weight loss. I have dieted a few times in the past only to gain all the weight back, plus more. I am only 5'1 and was curious if you shorter ladies could give me some advice. I am about to start FB Fit 8 week program. I was thinking about loosely tracking around 1600 calories. That is, not get to worked up about measuring, but eyeball it as I pretty much know what 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup, ect.. looks like. If I feel hungry I can always eat a little more too, as I want to be intuitive and listen to my body if I am really hungry. Any advice? Also, how many calories do you guys eat for a slow and steady, long-term weight loss. I do not want to risk losing my menstrual cycle going to low.
