Good morning People!! I have a question, has any one done KNEECAP SHAKING to help with knee pain? I have suffered from knee pain since I had my growth spurt at 14. I am 25 now and some days it hurts to walk down stairs I have to turn my knees out to the side in order to walk down anything. And running is almost impossible it feels like my knee caps are shaking around and are loose. I have tried braces but haven’t found one that won’t pinch the back of my leg. I would appreciate your input!
