Feeling discouraged

Hi guys!

I have been using FB videos for years and for the past 6 months have been using a variety of their programs (FB Booty, FB Flex, FB Mass, FB Bored Easily) and I am so happy with my results.

I work full time and sit at a desk all day so FB has really motivated me to get up and now working out feels like part of my daily schedule. I am stronger than I have been in my whole life.

This morning I decided to join my boyfriend on his morning run and it was HORRIBLE. Within the first few minutes my body ached and I was gasping for air. I couldn't even keep pace anywhere near him and ended up getting discouraged and stopping.

Does anyone else have an issue with jogging/running? I had no idea how difficult and painful it was and I am not feeling so great about my progress anymore.
