FB Strong and fasted workout.

Hi guys, I have a big doubt and hope you can help me!

Is it ok to workout (I'm taking about FB strong/lifting weights) while fasting?

Normally I workout first thing in the morning, before breakfast because it saves me time but I was thinking that maybe workout with an empty stomach it's not so good when you try to tone/build muscles.

What do you think? Do you know if Kellie and Daniel wrote something about it? And what do you normally eat before and after working out?
