Daily Check-in: Wednesday, July 10th

Hello Blenders, and Happy Half-way Point!

It's already Wednesday (or Thursday for some of you)! Can you believe it? This week is cruising by, and I can't say that I'm mad about it!

We also had a pretty nice sunset here last night! Seems like there were literally all the colors in it, so I figured I'd share it with you guys!

So how're things goin for you today, Blenders?

How're your workouts treatin you? Are you feelin a bit sore? Or maybe nice and rested after taking a bit of a break?

And what about for today? Is it a workout day, or rest day, for you?

It's a workout day for me! So yesterday, I ended up doing this lovely kickboxing workout with Daniel: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/stress-busting-cardio-kickboxing-and-core-workout

and I was feeling pretty good after it--so I decided to add on some upper body strength training too: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-dumbbell-workout-28-minute-weight-training-routine

Not gonna lie, this made for a long workout. But I had the time, and Hubby didn't get home until late, so I figured, why not? Anywho, if you wanna like totally torch your arms out (specifically your upper back), than I highly recommend this combo! (You gotta add in a separate warm up and cool down though.) Caz: wow, am I feelin that today! There will be zero hair brushing occurring today! haha

So I think I'll do some lower body and core work today, to give my T-rex arms a break. I'm thinkin maybe this: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/best-butt-workout-to-build-a-booty-and-tone-thighs-butt-and-thigh-workout paired with a short-ish core routine, and call it a day!

And of course, we gotta refuel after all these workouts, right? So what's on your menu for today, Blenders?

It's gonna be a taco salad kinda day here! Not with yak meat, or turkey, but rather: bison heart meat! Gotta switch it up, ya know? haha
