HKS Accountability Group July 9

Good morning!

Workout complete for Day 2 of Bored Easily... woof. My legs and arms both feel thoroughly attacked, now! I actually really liked this arms workout, it felt fluid and knowing that this was the only time through the move gave me the motivation to challenge myself.

I did also do the extra credit workout at the end, and that one was harrrrd, especially having already worked out my arms! The second round of tricep dips got me, I sort of collapsed in around the last 10 seconds on those.

Got my walk in with mum last night; about 7k steps in 70 minutes.

So today, it's my one year anniversary at my job. I work for a small, small company, so the owners want to take me out to lunch, but it also doubles as a performance review, as well, so yikes! My choice on lunch. Is it weird that I only want a salad? I'm so used to being me and choosing the worst, creamiest, carbiest thing on the menu, but honestly, I just want something nice and light.
