Savannah Sweat Day 25

I have a recovery day of cardio with yoga and pilates and the extra credit. It felt so nice to have a recovery day of yoga and all the good stuff for the body. Once I was all done with it, my body felt all nice and relaxed from all the yoga I did. Some of them hurt at first but then after that my body felt like good as new again. Once I was completed with the workout and the extra credit.
