I gifted myself my first FB program for my birthday 33rd birthday in May after having skipped around their videos for a while. I decided to target upper arms because that’s my most self-conscious area. Hot damn. I did two consecutive rounds and this image shows day 1 (May 10), day 1 round 2 (June 8), and today, the last day of round 2. I’m a believer, starting FB XT tomorrow to get those last 8 minutes off my half marathon time for a sub-2:00 this fall!
