Strength training after blood tests

Hello,

I had blood tests done a week ago now, so I feel like I am okay to do any strength videos that come up in FB30 (starting tomorrow)? My concern is that the area where the vampires stuck me bruised up pretty significantly... I haven't really tried lifting anything heavier than moderately packed grocery bags or other common household items... I feel like it should be fine. It doesn't hurt, but it feels... weird? Like certain motions, I can feel that it is bruised - it almost feels like my arm fatigues out where the bruise is.

What are your recommendations / experiences?
