Does anyone know of any good reads for the above topic? I have been working out solid for the last 3 months and I would like to maximize my workouts by utilizing good carbs to power up my HIIT workouts. I heard it’s good to eat good carbs around 4 hours before a HIIT workout. The problem for me is that I exercise first thing in the morning and don’t have time to wait 4 hours. Really needing some guidance.
