Eating is part of being fit


Kelli said this during the cooldown of my kickboxing routine today and I thought it was so great. I think so many fitness professionals put too much focus on โ€˜doing whatever you need to do to get resultsโ€™ but the truth is that working out and not eating enough is a recipe for disaster.

Anyway, I mostly just wanted to show some gratitude for the daily helpful and _actually_ healthy reminders within the workout videos. Thank you!
