Exercising to reduce Stress

I've been struggling with stress induced chronic hives for almost a year. I have found exercise to work faster and better than any pill for inflammation relief. In the before picture, my back and shoulders are completely broken out in hives. The second picture is taken 35 minutes after a fitness blender video, with absolutely no signs of hives.
