Alternating Sweat&Strong COMPLETE!

Hello fellow Blenders!

Today is a great day. It took me 11 weeks to finish my 8 week programme of alternating Sweat and Strong. Today I finished and also started Abs 2!

So, I won't lie - there were some hiit weeks where I saw a title like "brutal hiit workout" and thought...ergh. There were days when I saw "brutal lower body weight workout" and I thought...ffs I don't want to!

But I did them. The extra time it took to complete the 8 weeks was due to illness/rundown/work/committments/major building work in our house....but I showed up when I could show up and got my workout completes.

I feel SO much stronger and my stamina has increased for sure!!

I don't think these crummy photos show huge changes, but I can see the changes in muscle and shape myself for sure. I especially see changes to my back muscles when my husband took a few photos for me.

I'm so happy I stuck to it!! Onwards and upwards. I want to see more strength and stamina increase! Yay ☺️
