Not a Newbie but New to Community Page

I have been doing my workouts via FB for nearly three years now, yet I have never actually clicked on the community page link until Daniel and Kelli recently posted their update video.

How are you using this section of the site in a way that keeps you motivated and helps you to reach goals? I see there is an accountability group. Can I just jump in at any time? Is this area pretty active? How are you finding it useful?
