This is going to be a little random because the ideas aren't necessarily for me. They're for my daughter mostly although I'm sure I will eat them too lol!
She is so picky when it comes to eating meat so I'm trying to come up with different meals that are vegetarian. They can be vegan too but don't have to be.
The only other dietary restrictions she has is that we don't give her a lot of wheat, just for personal reasons. When I looked online for ideas over half were pasta recipes or pizzas. Which is fine but I want something else too that is maybe mostly vegetables with something to replace the lost protein from it being no meat.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated :)
