Non-scale win: Better posture (just the beginning...)
Had the weirdest milestone today. I was walking to the coffee shop, and I spontaneously adjusted my posture (straightened up my back, tightened my core/pulled my lower stomach without holding my breath)!! I did not even think about it until I realized and went... "wait, something is different" 😆
I’ve been a horrible sloucher my entire life but the past few months I do FB workouts nearly everyday. Even though they are short and low impact, I think my body is starting to learn the lesson from all the deadlifts, squats, etc etc while “keeping my back flat”! 🤯
