Sharing how I make breakfast and lunch a no brainer

Maybe it will help. I make more dinner than is needed. Then I will do one of the following the next day or more:

-Use some of that dinner to add to my omelet.

-Eat the whole amount for lunch.

-Add a bed of greens or cauliflower to some of it.

-Throw some of it on top of a sweet potato.

All of that helps me too keep it easy, especially when I am super busy.
