I made my own workout :)

So I had a go at designing my own workout! I tried it this morning, and it tired me out nicely without absolutely killing me. The structure is 20 different exercises, 10 reps each, and I did the whole thing twice, finishing up with a 1 minute plank at the end. Probably took about 40 minutes, including a separate warm up and a cool down. What do you guys think? I will lay it out below:

Warm up (5 mins)

10 jump squats

10 pushups

10 each side squat to lunge combo

10 each side bicycle crunches

10 each side mountain climbers

10 pop squats

10 weighted squats

10 each side flutter kicks

10 burpees

10 tricep dips

10 deadlifts

10 side plank dips (left)

10 each side jumping lunges

10 each side lateral hops

10 each side forward lunges

10 side plank dips (right)

10 each side high knees

10 reverse fly

10 each side curtsy lunge/side raise

10 back bows

Repeat entire sequence 3 times

1 minute plank at the end

Cool down and stretch
