Moderate intensity Workouts

Hey guys :)

I'm currently 2 weeks into FB Burn and I have just completed a recovery cardio working which is classed as moderate intensity.

Does anyone else ever feel guilt for not doing more and not being absolutely winded and sweating like crazy? :(

I do HIIT 3-4 times a week so when I have a less intense workout I tend to beat myself up about not going all out!!

Any advise on how to squash this feeling?
