Oh no....not HIIT!

The scheduled w/o for today was an abs and HIIT video, but I just couldn't face doing any cardio today...my energy level is too low. So I opted for a 24 minute ab blasting interval w/o instead. I was better able to give 100% throughout and was really glad to hear "workout complete" . 😥 FB Burn Round 1 Week 2 half done!
