Day 24 of sweat complete..

Omg this one was so brutal! I loved the lower body workout but managed to use all my power and sweat through the workout and even the extra credit one which was a little 15 minute HIIT belly fat burning one! I huffed and puffed through it all and it's a hot day for me today. so I was dripping in sweat so much but it was such a good workout I feel great after it now and after a few weeks down the line I can see a huge difference now I am more tonned and since doing this workout programme I feel stronger from strength traning too 😁 I am really enjoying it and looking forward to do another workout programme next but dont know which one to go for 🤔
