Working out in the heat

Hello all

I hope everyone is well.

It's got so hot and humid here in the UK it's very hard to get in a workout, (around 80F in my bedroom where I workout) even the 25 minute walk home from work leaves me with massive sweat patches (unfortuantly black clothes absorbs heat but I'm having to wear black in order to cover the sweat patches) eugh!

Can't wait for Autumn to come back so I can enjoy work outs again!

Hows everyone else coping with the heat? Whats the temperature where you are?
