Weekend Plans...and Rest Challenge

For those of you who have been long-time Fitness Blender users, you’ll be very familiar with the phrase, “listen to your body.”

Well, part of listening to your body is knowing when to rest...especially on the weekends, when we tend to try and pack so much in.

So, with the weekend upon us, we are issuing a rest challenge by encouraging you all to listen (really listen) to your bodies, do something fun, enjoy your time off, and treat yourself kindly.

If you’re going to work out, that’s great...but if you just need to rest and prepare for the week ahead, that is absolutely fine too! In fact, it may be exactly what you need most!
