Savannah PFT

I completed my workout for today. I had cut 1 min. and 43 sec. off of the mile run. I did 2 full push ups, 16 half push ups, 40 squats with weights, and held the plank of 33.15 sec. I am almost down to 10 mins and once I cut the 43 secs off of it I will get the workout complete clothes. I was tired after all that working out I did this morning. But I am getting closer to reaching my goal to get the workout complete clothes.
