I Need Help!!

Hello,

I’m having a tough time losing weight. I eat well, fresh vegetables & fruits, nuts to snack on and I only eat fish, no chicken, turkey or beef. I don’t weigh or measure my food. I occasionally have something sweet like a cookie or a cupcake. I workout with Fitness Bender about 4 times per week and nothing no weight loss. I started to track my calorie intake to see if I’m eating too much and according to the app and the calories I’m supposed to have I’m not eating too much. Is it my age I am in my late 40’s. Any suggestions?
