HKS Accountability Group June 27

Good morning!

Free-stylin' it again today with https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fat-burning-cardio-workout-with-relaxing-cool-down-low-impact-cardio-modifications since my Low Impact Day was supposed to be a recovery day before the PFT, which I am not doing. Tomorrow is the last Day of LI, but I do have some make-up workouts to do, so I'mma do them in the next couple of weeks before I call it program complete.

Double shift day today! Business has slowed wayyy down, so I might take advantage of the quiet time at work and get some steps in around the warehouse and some stretches!
