Laughing at myself

Today I was scheduled for one of the workouts that I really do not enjoy. I considered swapping it for a different one, but decided to just do it. It was only my second time since bumping up my weights for lunges, squats and deadlifts. My legs were totally done toward the end. Of course, the last group had jump squats. My mind was telling my body to jump and my legs were pretty much like “no, but thanks for asking.” I think I jumped about an inch! At least it made for some laughing at myself and a distraction while finishing the workout.
