Before and after

On the left photo was just me doing cardio only running and HIIT..sometimes a bit of bodyweight workouts here and there and the today's photo is strength traning for about 6 months now..its made a huge difference just a motivation photo to show everyone that this is the results you get when you strength train plus it makes you feel stronger and better! I feel so confident sometime last year I used to be so lazy and a couch potato Haha now I love working out! 💕
