Hello Blenders!

How're you doin today? I hope everything's going good for you!

I've got a random wildlife photo for you today! This is actually a trail cam pic (taken within 100 yards of the house).

So we've got a big ol' black bear, who actually only has three legs. Hard to see from the photo, but he's missing his front left leg. This guy has been around for awhile, and he's probably quadrupled in size since the first time I saw him a few years ago.

So, I don't think the lack of leg has hindered him too much. He's able to get enough nutrition to grow to a massive size, so I'd like to think he's doin well for himself.

(And no, apparently three-legged bears don't wear pants either. 😂)

And I mean, if this guy can survive so well in the wilderness without a limb, it makes you kinda keep things in perspective in your own life, ya know? Like, things really aren't so bad. If Mr. Bear can grab life by the horns and thrive even while missing a limb, then I sure as heck can quit my griping and do the same!

Go, Mr. Bear, go!

Animals are truly amazing, for sure.

Anywho.

How're things going for you Blenders? How's life treatin ya? How're your workouts goin?

since I did an upper body and core combo yesterday! I already know I'm gonna be sore from this one!

And how about some delicious #eatrealfood goin on for today? What's on the menu for today, Blenders?

I'm thinking some kind of pasta! Maybe a caprese-style mac and cheese with tomatoes and basil and mozzarella and balsamic vinegar? And some spinach too! Ok, yep, that'll do!
