I've just finished https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-tabata-workout-intense-60-minute-back-shoulders-and-arms-workout that I've tackled after a 1 hour bike ride (my kids are away to their grand-mother so I'm treating myself to loooong workouts this week. Just because I like sweating!)

I was a bit skeptical of this Tabata style toning, but 8 x 20 seconds… it adds up at the end, even using only 3 and 5 pounds dumbells (I'm still waiting for my physio's OK to graduate to heavier weights).

Now, a long shower is in order!
