Hey everyone ! I hope you are doing well and exercise well 😋
I started a threat cause I have an issue... I feel like giving up and I'm ashamed of feeling this.
It's been almost 2 years that I train with FB and I love it, someday were harder than other but in general I keep up because I know how it's good for me and how good it makes me feel.
But lately, it's been hard. I do the workouts but it's not like before, I feel like already exhausted before I started.
I don't want to stop working out, but I don't know what to do either; my mind is between stopping completely or keeping up until the motivation comes back.
And also, I don't know if it's related or not, I have big acne on the back since working out, and it's keeping me down a bit, does anyone experience that too ? I have a super good hygiene tho.
