Started the week off strong with a brutal HIIT and total body strength workout. Yesterday morning, I woke up with a really bad pain in my calves so skipped my workout yesterday as didn’t want to make it worse. I’ve woken up again this morning and they are still hurting - not like sore because I’ve worked out it is actual pain, it hurts to touch them. I’ve had to skip my scheduled workout again because I don’t want to make them worse. I now feel really guilty because I’ve missed two workouts in a row 😔 I hope they feel better tomorrow!
