Pushing myself and my own accountability

So I find myself at the point were I feel like I am stagnant. I follow my own built calendars of workouts and my monthly yoga calendar. Sometimes (more often these days) I'm switching out for easier less impact workouts. I feel like I have not been improving as I did 8-10 months ago. So I lined myself up with some workouts and Yoga With Adriene's power yoga. I feel like I have slacked in pushing myself. I like how I felt when I actually accomplished something that I never thought I could. All the while I try not to compare myself with how I was months ago. So I'm here today to hold myself accountable for July. I hope this works. Here's to 31 days of workout complete.

As a side note my workouts planned will be warmups before doing my empower yoga.
