Breakfast Musings...

#chefinthemaking crushes breakfast every morning.

Regardless of how tired she is, or how much cooking she has in front of her at the restaurant, she always crushes breakfast.

Today’s simple fare - egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms...with a side of sweet potato hash browns (cubed, not grated) and a few heirloom tomatoes (oh, and a few not-pictured radishes!).

Not that I could do it, but it took very little time from when she asked, "what do you want for breakfast," to when she yelled, "set the table - breakfast is almost ready."
