Day 1 of FB Sweatfest: CHECK!!

I am starting this for a second time, last time around I was doing this AND another one every day and it was short lived. I am trying something different now. Instead of 60+ mins of workout each day and a restricted diet, I am going to try adjusting my daily calorie goal on MFP and *JUST* do this. Not sure how upping my food intake and lessening my workouts will really pan out but I might just start with where I am now and see how I feel/look after round 1 of this.

I know one thing... I am SWEAT-ING!! It was dripping down my face and neck. That's a good sign. I feel worked. After taking my "before" shots today, I am definitely on a mission.
