Working out with depression

Hey FBfam,

I am new to Fitness Blender and started the FBfit round 2 program two weeks ago. I was doing really good but today I'm feeling really depressed coming out of a job interview that went poorly and I feel like I can't work out.

Any advice on how to go to the gym and stay motivated when you're depressed and can't get out of bed? I know we can often feel depressed at times, but for those of you diagnosed with depression, how do you stay on top of working out?
