Peak diet culture?

This made me laugh this morning when I saw shared on Twitter. There are so many products that have absolutely ridiculous claims but I think this honey and nut bar designed to be eaten during fasting periods takes the cake 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

For what it’s worth, nobody really needs to fast. Some people have an eating pattern that naturally sits within shorter hours and that’s fine, no need to force anything but if you’re wanting something you can snack on during that time, just choose a more frequent eating pattern 🤷‍♀️
