I’m avoiding HIIT

I have been doing FB workouts for years and I have loved hiit in my routines but lately anything with burpees, starjumps, squat jumps in the same workout, I leave it. I used to enjoy burning lungs, burning muscles but this winter, I can’t face it. I know it’s all in my head, because my body still can do it. I have been avoiding HIIT and opting for strength instead. I like doing different things so how do I get my cardio mojo back? Xx
