Need motivation on working out

Hello everyone, I had a baby in March this year and well I wanted to loose the weight I gained. I am doing the FB abs just startled last week but have not been consistent with the work outs. I can only do like 3 days a week. I do work full time and then take care of my family afterwards. If I keep on doing 3 day a week workouts will I get my results of loosing some of weight gained? What advice can anyone give me?
