New Kettlebell workout rocks & question

I just finished the new workout and I like it so much! Thank you!

However, would you consider making a visual how-to cheat sheet for the Turkish Getups? I had no chance of doing this loaded, I was too busy not knotting (or disentangling) my limbs...

Like, a sequence we can learn by heart? First, sit up, then leg, then arm, then move leg, then lunge, then stand up etc. ... It's too much for my tired mom-brain!
