Hy guys,I'm Diana and i have 17 years.Last year i went through anorexia until i discovered Fitness Blender and this changed my life.I learned to love myself and love life.Last summer also i discovered strenght training and i love it, i started with 2 kg and now i can lift 6 kg for lower body which is my favorite.In this time my body change a lot.But my friend told me that: i look to big,my arms are to muscular, and my quads look ugly.I don't belive these things actually i like how i look and i feel but this things is pulling me down. PS:I have 169 cm and my weight is 58
