Getting back on Track

Hi y'all, hope everyone's doing well.

I recently went on my first trip to Europe for a couple weeks which included a lot of indulging and not as much physical activity that I'm used to. I've been consistently exercising 5-6 times a week with fb programs and eating relatively healthy for the past year and a half. However, ever since returning from my trip, I'm finding it really difficult to eat well and even enjoy my workouts thus returning to old bad habits. My goal now is to develop consistency once again.

Any advice would be very much appreciated!!
