Lifting weights and workout programs

Hello guys,

I recently took 3 weeks break from lifting weights and I noticed that I lost tone in my muscles even if I did bodyweight exercises everyday. I'm thinking to come back to lift weights but I have 2 doubts:

Do you think it's a good idea to repeat the same weekly workout for 4 weeks without changing workout everyday (like FB programs do)?

How many times a week do you normally workout and for how long?

I'm lack in motivation and I was thinking to stick to a weekly workout program to repeat every week to see if I improve and maybe workout for 30 minutes a day, 4 times a week but I don't know if it's enough.

I have to say that normally I workout everyday but I don't see any improvement, that's why I took a break in the first place and lose my motivation.
