Getting motivated in the mornings

Hi everyone! I hope you are all feeling wonderful.

I love working out in the mornings, but lately I have found that I lack energy when I wake up to work out.

My question is what do you do to wake yourself up enough to work out in the morning?

I never used to have any issue but the last few weeks I have struggled to get up and actually move my butt.

Any motivational help will be so greatly appreciated x
