I love it, I want the warmup separate so I can use it other times. It was quick and challenging. I almost lowered my weights for the the second round of one of the exercises then Kelli says the last 10 seconds should be hard, and I was only struggling the last 10 seconds so I kept it the same. Thanks Kelli for challenging me by saying the right thing at the right time, you got me.
