How do you guys keep going? I did the 5 day burn fst and gain lean muscle on YouTube and loved it. Then I took 2 days off and it's like all my motivation ran away and hid. I bought the newest version of fb30 and did the first work out today. And even during the workout i had 0 energy. And after I didnt get that wonderful I did it! Feeling. Not because it was a bad workout I just am so drained.
What do you do.to get out of that funk?
