Some positivity - after work progress :)

Inspired by FTT's idea to get some positive vibes flowing, this is a nine-months-before-and-after-pic with the same pose and the same location that my wife took last weekend.

All it took was an average of 45 minutes working out per day, cleaning up my nutrition (exceptions are always allowed) and... well... also some calorie counting to get a feeling for what I actually eat and drink. Still it was pretty well managable in probably 60-70 minutes per day including the workout.

I never intended to look like a cover model and will never do so, so I am really pretty happy with the results so far.
