HKS Accountability Group June 18

Good morning!

Day 16 of Low Impact complete! Today was upper body, which is great, because I am sore from my torso down through to my feet, now I can be sore up to my neck, lol!

Tomorrow is actually a recovery cardio, so I imagine this was all deviously planned :)

Last night, mum and I got in a 7k step walk... we changed it up a bit and went to a different side of the neighbourhood. The streets don't connect as well, so it's easy to turn down the wrong street and circle back on yourself by accident, but we did alright!
