Four days of crappy diet and no exercise and I’m up almost 5 pounds.

I’m just feeling like crap for letting myself slip and hoping someone can snap me out of it. It’s a transition period. I’m a teacher and school just got out for summer (yay!!!). We were visiting my in-laws in New York which meant eating all carbs. (She serves heavy unhealthy Italian and New York style food- pizza, bagels, chips, more pizza). And I just stepped on the scale (huge mistake). Ugh.....

Anyway I’m about to start my workout regimen right now. And I’m going grocery shopping today to fill my empty fridge with healthy options. Summer won’t be as easy as working was. No structure. But I still hope I can get rid of these 4-5 pounds!
